Mahboba's Promise

Tents4Peace International cooperates where it is practical to do so with the renowned and credible organisation known as Mahboba's Promise.

Tents4Peace commissioned with the approval and support of Mahboba's Promise an orphanage to be built beside Mahboba Promises orphanage on the outskirts of Kabul. Children from refugee camps in Peshawar are relocated here. Tents4Peace will be responsible for sponsorship of these children and their ongoing future.

 

Tashi Choling Dharma Foundation:

Tashi Choling Dharma Foundation in Tasmania under the Directorship of Zasep Rinpoche was the first organisation to assist 'Tents4Peace' to send 1000 tents to Pakistan. Since then the Foundation had been immeasurably generous and supportive. www.tashicholing.net

 

Dr Nasreen - Pakistan Refugee Camp - Peshawar:

Dr Nasreen is a medical doctor has been working in the Refugee camps in Pakistan for years. Her work has brought her the highest of accolades and her dedication to the children in these camps is miraculous. She says that it is heart breaking to hear the cries of neglected and hungry children who live on her doorstep. She and her staff have identified for 'Tents4Peace' and Mahboba's Promise over 50 widows and children who are in overwhelming need of assistance. All want to return to their homeland.
